That’s what Everyday Assistance is for. Tek Solutions has helped people in Chilliwack and across the Fraser Valley with their technology since 2001, and we’ve always had a soft spot for seniors and home clients. So if you’re not sure who to call, call us first. We’ll listen, help where we can, and give you an honest answer.

Technology is supposed to make life easier. When it doesn’t, we’re here to sort it out patiently and without the jargon.

Caring for our seniors has been part of Tek Solutions for a long time. No question is too small, and there’s no rush. We’ll explain things clearly, go at your pace, and make sure you’re comfortable before we leave.

We book home visits Monday to Friday in two arrival windows: 8 AM to 12 PM, or 12 PM to 4 PM.
We help over the internet.
With your permission, we can connect to your computer remotely and fix things without anyone leaving the house. Start at our Remote Support page.
You bring it to us.
Drop it off at our shop at 103-8645 Young Road in Chilliwack, in the J Adam and Sons Complex a few doors down from the Benjamin Moore store.

Maybe you live in another city. Maybe you work all day and can’t get over every time the printer stops working or the TV remote “stops working”. Or maybe your mom or dad calls you with a tech problem you just can’t fix over the phone.
